Byron Borel
Byron Borel began his love affair with food as a self-taught farm boy (tiny Bo’s Hollow, Missouri) who planted, grew, harvested and experimented with food preparation at home. He launched his career as a Ritz Carlton chef under the tutelage of world-renowned chef Jordi Valles, from Barcelona. On the farm or at the Ritz, he has always embraced cooking as his passion.
Byron cooked for the Ritz Carlton Hotels for 15 years, at the Amelia Island Resort and in Colorado, always expanding his repertoire. Now a personal chef and caterer in Denver, he prides himself on designing menus with clients, customizing artful meals to suit personal tastes and health requirements.

With 20 years of guest service experience at Denver metro businesses including the Ritz Carlton, Nordstrom and Inspirato Luxury Vacation Club, Molly provides the client support for Borel’s Colorado Kitchen customers-insuring menu items are offered, selected and delivered to meet each client’s needs and preferences. She coordinates all details for catering and private events, from the menu, service items, dishes, tables, linens, staffing and more.
Her passion for nutritious food and healthy living drives her genuine desire to make sure that Borel’s Colorado Kitchen’s offerings meet and exceed expectations.
